# Booking.com Demand API Beta

The Demand API Beta collection provides early access to selected API capabilities that are not yet available in a stable version.

**What to expect from Beta:**
- **Separate API paths:** Beta endpoints use the `/beta` path and are independent of numbered stable API versions.
- **Limited availability:** This collection contains only endpoints with Beta capabilities. Stable endpoints without Beta capabilities are not included.
- **Evolving contracts:** Beta endpoints may introduce breaking changes, including changes to request and response structures, without a new version number.
- **Promotion to stable:** Selected Beta capabilities may be introduced into a stable API version. Once announced in the monthly changelog, the corresponding Beta capabilities are retired after three months.

> ⚠️ Before integrating: Beta contracts are subject to change. Review the API documentation and [changelog](/demand/docs/whats-new/changelog) regularly and prepare your integration for potential updates.
